About your ‘Inner Radiance Retreat’

I offer you the opportunity to join me in Thailand, the beautiful Island of Koh Samui.  I first visited here as a young woman exploring the world and seeking adventure, Koh Samui holds such fondest in my heart as it is a place in the world where I FEEL FREE.

Free if the mundane everyday duties of life that are our teachers but to escape those for a short while, to let your hair blow freely in the breeze, dive into the ocean of life and bath under the radiant rays of the sun, YES please.

Koh Samui is a paradise island its famed for its outstanding beauty and has something to offer everyone. It’s known for its palm tree edged white sandy beaches, coconut groves, crystal clear turquoise waters and dense mountainous rain-forest.

Our stunning Yoga Retreat Centre, Samahita is located on a beautiful, non-touristy beach, on the southern coast of the island. It is a pioneer in the world of yoga retreats and the leading health and wellness retreat centre in Thailand.  This eco-conscious retreat is immersed in nature with spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding areas.

This will be my third stay taking a group of yoga adventures to Samahita and the reason why I return again and again is because its simply the perfect away from it all, self contained, lush and healing space that I know will support you.  The staff are all so attentive, kind and accommodating, the food exceptional and the accommodation clean, contemporary, quite and calming.

This retreat offers you an opportunity to dive deeply into your yoga practice in stunning nature, restore your elemental balance and find your ‘Inner Radiance’

Samahita was purpose-built to function as a retreat center dedicated to your vitality, well-being and relaxation. Our variety of private and shared room options reflect that. The rooms are set back from the main beachfront facilities perfect for quiet contemplation and relaxation.

Their eco-friendly buildings make use of cross-ventilation, natural lighting, rainwater harvesting, and offer both mosquito screens and fans and air conditioning. We have rooms for the single traveler, couples or friends, as well as loft-style accommodation that is ideal for families or two people sharing. Regardless of which room you stay in, the beach, pool and practice spaces are seconds away.

The buffet food, served daily is fresh, tasty, delicious, healthy as well as nutritious and local produce is sourced to support you in your yoga practice as it draws upon Ayurvedic principles. Comments

I had such a wonderful week – Rosemary was an incredible teacher. I loved my introduction to yoga and her enthusiastic, energetic approach. I felt an opening in my hips and shoulders and an awakening of my spine, which was wonderful – even my feet are much more spread and dynamic! The focus on pranayama and meditation was also excellent, as they often get forgotten for the asana and are such a crucial part of the practice.

This was truly the best yoga retreat I have EVER been on. Rosemary’s yoga is so inspiring, nurturing and restorative it created a unique spirit amongst the group and we were all challenged and supported to develop in a way we never had before (both on and off the mat). All in all simply couldn’t have been a more amazing week

First off let me say that I was not a fan of yoga but I was coming up for retirement and a friend of mine recommended that I challenge myself by going on a yoga retreat.

It was with some trepidation that I travelled to Kho Samui in July of this year to attend a retreat at Samahita run by Rosemary for 10 days.

Now I had tried yoga at the gym which made me think that yoga wasn’t for me but Rosemary changed that – she is properly authentic, motivational, non-judgemental and fun. I hadn’t met Rosemary before Thailand but she made me feel at ease straight away.

Since returning to England I go to 2 yoga classes a week now.

Thank you Rosemary for your guidance and support
