Activate & Nourish a morning workshop to dive into the practices and principles to Hatha Yoga & Ayurveda and how they can support your digestive health as we transition into Spring.
Our practice together is sequenced to support the body’s natural detoxification systems and prepare you for new beginnings and the return of light and life.
Our physiology senses a natural opportunity for a fresh, clean start; our bodies are primed to lighten things up, cleanse ourselves of any accumulated imbalances, and rejuvenate our deepest tissues.
Our morning together will be held in a safe and friendly space so that you can re-energise, cleanse, connect to your inner radiant self and be ready to step into Spring vibrantly and at ease.
You’re Activate & Nourish morning will begin
🌼9.20 – Arrive Settle and claim your space
🌼9.30am – Ginger, Lemon, Turmeric Shot
To wake up the digestion and begin its spring clean.
🌼9.45am – 11.30am – Vibrant Detox Flow practice
Enjoy a fully integrated and skilfully sequenced Yoga Asana practice to ignite your jathara agni (inner fire). We will share the Surya Manta chants as we call out the 12 names of the sun, sequenced with a Surya Namaskar practice: a solar warming practice to aid digestion.
Together we will build strength; increase flexibility and range of motion through dynamic movements and deep stretching and support the body’s three main detoxification systems.
Expect to explore Asana, Bandha, Mudra, Pranayama, Meditation
This is a fully dimensional yoga practice which we call Sadhana meaning that we explore more than just the physical body and postures shapes it is transformational and accessible.
This workshop morning is accessible to all with some yoga experience and who want to explore the deeper wellness practices that both Hatha Yoga & Ayurveda are abound with.
